Your Health and Safety Comes First
We value our clients’ spaces and always take the highest precautionary measures to protect our clients and our team inside and out of our client’s homes. The following policies are in place to limit exposure and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Organizer Self-Assessment
At the beginning of each workday, organizers will perform a self-assessment to determine whether they have any of the symptoms identified by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which may indicate being positive for the virus. If an organizer experiences any of these symptoms, the organizing services shall be rescheduled or reassigned to another team member. The organizer shall not perform services for 10 days from the onset of the symptoms, is fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medicine, and has an improvement in her symptoms. If the organizer tests positive for COVID-19, she will not perform services for 10 days from the day of the test, is fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medicine, and has an improvement in her symptoms.
Client Assessment
Active Organize will reschedule appointments if either party has been exposed to a known COVID-19 case. We ask that clients please notify us asap if anyone in your home is experiencing symptoms within the last 10 days, and we will reschedule- completely complimentary.
Face Masks and Precautions
Active Organize members follow current state and local guidelines on mask usage, social distancing, and regular hand-washing during sessions.
Organizing After Exposure
Organizers and clients who experience symptoms of or are exposed to COVID-19 shall only resume organizing sessions in accordance with the most updated CDC guidelines.
